Sutliff provides superior customer support. All the staff in the service department provide outstanding customer service.
I was quoted $500 to fix one ebrake cable. The cable price was insulting and egregious. $120...I was able to sorce both cables for under $40 same day. Then almost$400 to pull a cable out since this cable was a known issue every bolt holding the center plastic had been removed already. The swap took me less than one hr each side one the ground... not on a lift. That being said Jeff was amazing, the country is always very helpful.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was patient, personable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It was fine, I needed a battery for key fob and was disappointed I got charged $8+ for a little button battery my experience with other dealerships they did it for nothing! I only had the car since June and the only reason I came into dealership was a recall!

There was a misunderstanding regarding a previous purchase program key that was no longer working in such a short timeframe. I'm happy to report that dealership actually listened to me and we were able to work on getting this resolved quickly and getting my key reprogrammed.

I only gave it a 1 because I couldn't give them a 0. I sat in the waiting area for nearly 3 hours and not 1 person in the dealership asked me what I was waiting on. I walked out to find that at 4p my car hadn't been touched even though I had a 1p appointment and was on time. My husband had to come to the dealership to handle the situation.

He takes great care to explain recommended and necessary repairs and maintenance in an understandable way. With my most recent visit, I had a severe coolant leak requiring far more work and money than I was anticipating. Unfortunately after diagnostics, the tech whom had been with my vehicle returned with my key broken in half. Jeff promptly offered me a rental vehicle which was tremendously alleviating considering the circumstances for a few days while my repairs and the key was resolved. While Jeff was professionally resolving this, the tech (who never apologized for breaking my key) suggested I could use a pair of pliers with the metal portion of my key to use it for work (after diagnosing a severe multi-point coolant leak quoted for almost $3k worth of labor.) While I understand this was likely already addressed internally as I understand there were additional incurred costs to Sutliff for the key replacement and rental, I do want to acknowledge that I wish Jeff would have been able to handle this himself without the tech being involved with me as I found his discretion unprofessional and frankly irritating. Jeff, however, is my mother-truckin' guy and made things easier for me.
Prompt, professional, accurate with estimating the cost. I appreciated the being picked up and dropped off so I didn't have to wait for the cars service.
