I had an issue with my VW Passat TDI add blue (DEF) system and needed to find a service station near where I work in Harrisburg because the computer system advised no restart possible in 50 miles. The guys at Sutliff were able to work me into their schedule and quickly diagnose and repair my Passat faster than I have ever experienced with any other shop. Jeff and his team treated me very well, and I am super happy with the overall experience. I will definitely use this shop for future maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them.
I think quality of service both for my car and from the staff as a customer is very good. I’m so happy with the service center! They have good availability for appointments and get the service done quickly. The communication while my car was being serviced is impeccable. I was very impressed by the video that was sent to me. It was a little disappointing that the after hours kiosk was broken when I tried to drop off, but the next day it appeared they fix that.
My last vehicle was purchased at Ciccoa VW in Allentown and after my experience at Sutliff, I can say these dealers are not even on the same planet. Dave at Sutliff hooked me up! I am extremely pleased with the customer service, the professionalism as well as the price of my new vehicle. Things flowed so easily and I was able to come in sign and drive. Thank you!

It was a little rocky determining warrenty issues but once I got my paper work everything went smoothly, service was great the issue was fixed with my car in a timely manner and pleased with service!!

We were EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of customer service at Sutliffe Volkswagen when we took our 2021 Atlas in for service last week. We weren't sure what to expect as we had never worked with Sutfliffe VW before. The text feature with the customer service rep was wonderful and helpful, as was the video from the person working on our car. The prices were up-front and easy to understand. We couldn't have been more pleased and will be sure to bring our car back for future service.
When I received my vehicle back. The drivers seat was set all the way back. Which very annoying. The mechanic did not replace all my lug bolt caps. I had to drive back to the dealership to retrieve another one. Sloppy! Besides those 2 things, everything was ok.

Mike was great from the start and very responsive to text messages to close the deal. The only complaint was the amount of time spent at the dealership waiting to finalize the paperwork.
This Dealership is very friendly and professional, the sales managers (Mike & Matt)and service manager (Jeff) do everything they can to exceed your expectations on buying a vehicle and using the Dealership services. VW should model them for best practices!

I recently purchased a GMC Terrain at Sutliff (a hard day for me because I have always driven a VW), and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Luke was very knowledgeable about all the cars I test drove. Tommy stayed after closing to finish my paperwork. The dealership replaced the tires and had the car ready to go the next day. I will be going to Sutliff the next time I'm ready to purchase another car!
My experience with Dave was nice, easy going. He just let us list the things we wanted, showed me what qualified. Kept it real, which I liked.
