I had to replace my windshield due to a crack, and the dealership charged me labor for the replacement sticker, which is illegal in PA. What should have cost $14 plus $2 for the replacement, cost me $28.

You forgot to turn off the 'change oil in x days' message. Your vehicles control screen is abhorrent. Why can't I see how many miles on my vehicle until I turn it off? Can't see temperature controls at the bottom of screen at night. Why? You need to do some redesign.

As you know. I had a State Inspection scheduled for 7 AM on Friday the 24th. Since I like to be on time for any appointments. I arrived at the dealership just after 6:30 AM. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I told them who I was and why I was there. They help me with my issue, when my car was finished, they explained the bill, after payment they walked me to my car.
Jeff, was helpful in explaining what work needed to be done this past time. He shared that I need to consider new tires in the near future. I like that reminder or thought to be aware. Bob, who shuttles is always great. I think it's wonderful that Sutliff offers free shuttle service to and from your workplace.

They’re all very nice but unfortunately I cannot recommend getting a VW. Only had my car for 2 years and has been in the shop more than any car I have ever owned, which is a lot. And one issue it’s had since I got the car has been in for 5-6 times and still not fixed. As much as I love the people there, the cars are just not worth the hassle.
