We had an unusual problem with our passenger seat - airbag sensor pad. Once diagnosed, getting and waiting on parts added some delay. I simply hate how the dealership nickles and dimes you over everything. I had experienced and issue with my SOS system back in March/April. I called after trying to contact VW through the app to clarify what was needed. I was told that this was most likely related to an issue between VW and Verizon, as a number of customers had been coming in with the same issue. I had to replace my windshield due to a crack, and the dealership charged me labor for the replacement sticker, which is illegal in PA. What should have cost $14 plus $2 for the replacement, cost me $28.
